Will Noki overwrite or change any data in our EHR?
No. Noki is designed to enhance—not disrupt—your existing workflow. All data written back into the EHR is additive and does not alter or overwrite any existing information. Providers maintain full control over what is entered into the record.
Is the integration HIPAA-compliant and secure?
Absolutely. Noki is fully HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 certified. All data transmitted between Noki and your EHR is encrypted and handled in accordance with industry-leading security standards.
Can I use Noki without EHR integration?
Yes. Noki can be used as a standalone platform if integration is not yet available or desired. You’ll still have access to all core features, and notes can be copied and pasted, securely emailed, or printed for manual entry into your EHR. Noki is also available through our mobile app on both iOS and Android, giving you flexibility to access and document encounters from anywhere.
Does Noki offer support during and after EHR integration?

Is there an additional cost for EHR integration?
EHR integration is included in most Noki plans. In cases where custom development or third-party vendor fees are involved, our team will provide full transparency and work with you to evaluate the best approach
Can Noki write notes directly into my EHR?
Yes. Once integrated, Noki can automatically send finalized notes into the appropriate sections of your EHR—whether as clinical documentation, encounter summaries, or templated SOAP notes—based on your preferences and system setup.
